The JFK Assassination Reconsidered

Quick answer: What is The Questions That Still Endure series?

The Questions That Still Endure is a free Heroes' Path webinar series on the Kennedy assassination that sorts documented evidence from testimony and theory. Tom Rendall, Jeff Steinberg, and Phil Singer lead it, with John Fenzel moderating. The first live Zoom session is Friday, November 13, 2026, at 8:00 PM ET.

Plenty of people assume that only a certain excitable kind of person still wonders about the Kennedy assassination, and John points out that the United States government wondered too, twice, and came away with two different answers. In 1964 the Warren Commission concluded that one man acted alone. In 1979 a committee of the House of Representatives examined much of the same material and concluded there had probably been a conspiracy. Neither body ever reversed itself, and both reports still sit in the record, disagreeing with each other more than six decades after the motorcade turned onto Elm Street. Heroes' Path is now taking a closer look with a new series called The Questions That Still Endure. It has no theory to sell or to debunk. It starts by sorting the material. What can be documented is treated as evidence, what a witness said is treated as testimony with the witness named, and a theory stays a theory however often it is repeated, and viewers are always told which one they are looking at. From there the series takes up how two serious investigations handed the same evidence reached opposite verdicts, and what happened in the fifteen years between them. It looks at the single piece of proof the House committee leaned its conclusion on, which did not survive a later and more sober review. It looks at Jack Ruby, who stepped out of a crowd of reporters two days after the assassination and shot the only suspect in the basement of a police station on live television. And it sets out the theories themselves so the sturdy ones can be told from the rest. Tom Rendall, Jeff Steinberg, and Phil Singer, who have spent real years inside the documents, carry the series, and John moderates. The first evening, Friday, November 13, at 8:00 PM ET, covers what happened in Dallas, the official account and the first places it buckles, the investigations, and the theories on the table. Steinberg and Rendall open the series and Singer joins as it continues. The session is free and live on Zoom, the last part of the night belongs to audience questions, and registrants receive the recording afterward.

Why it matters for leaders: When a record is contested, John's series shows a habit worth borrowing. Keep what is documented apart from what someone said and from what people have come to believe, and tell your audience plainly which one you are offering. Two official investigations reached opposite conclusions from much of the same material, so a confident verdict still deserves a look at what it actually rests on.

Q: When is the first session and how do I register?

A: The first session is Friday, November 13, 2026, at 8:00 PM ET, live on Zoom with audience Q&A. Registration is free at https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_cdKNEsUPQMKvg6yapqI_Rg and everyone who registers receives the recording afterward.

Q: Why do the official investigations of the Kennedy assassination disagree?

A: In 1964 the Warren Commission concluded that one man acted alone. In 1979 a House of Representatives committee reviewed much of the same material and concluded there had probably been a conspiracy, resting that conclusion on one piece of proof that a later review did not uphold. Neither body reversed itself, and the series examines how the two reached opposite verdicts.
