Michael Shriver - Chairman

Mike has extensive experience in nonprofit and for-profit sectors, specializing in supporting individuals with disabilities. He has served as the CEO of several nonprofit organizations during his career. Mike managed the MBNA and Bank of America Charitable Foundations during his career. He is known for his leadership, diverse background, and expertise in areas like organizational
financial management, strategic planning, and leadership development. Mike is also the president of Shriver Consulting and the founder and partner of CCMS Partners, an executive search firm.

Mike has a Master's degree and is a graduate of the National Leadership Institute from the University of Delaware, a certified John Maxwell Team Member in Leadership Coaching. He is also a DOL/ODEP NEON Project subject matter expert for the Department of Labor.
