Jodi blends strategic insight from both for-profit and nonprofit sectors, focusing on designing robust policies, streamlining procedures, and delivering clear financial analysis that drives decision-making. Throughout her career, she has served as Controller and Director of Finance and Accounting for a range of organizations, leading budgeting, forecasting, audit readiness, and process-improvement initiatives that improved controls and supported sustainable growth.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, a master’s degree in Finance, and a post-master’s certificate in Business Management, and is an active CPA in Maryland. Jodi combines technical rigor with practical leadership to translate complex financial data into actionable plans and measurable results.
